Why haven't my Fit Points appeared yet?

Most workouts and steps appear automatically after they've synced from your connected health tracker, but occasionally there may be a short delay.

Google Health (Fitbit) can take longer to sync activity due to how Google's API processes data. This means your Fit Points may not appear immediately after completing a workout.

Good to know

If your activity hasn't appeared after a reasonable amount of time:

  1. Check your health tracker has synced successfully.
  2. Make sure Fit Rewards is still connected to your health tracker.
  3. Open Fit Rewards again to trigger a sync.

If your points still haven't appeared after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
