Why can't I claim a reward?

If you're unable to claim a reward, there are a few possible reasons.

You may not be able to claim a reward because:

• You don't have enough available Fit Points.
• The reward requires a higher membership tier.
• You've already reached the claiming limit for that reward.
• The reward is no longer available.
