Why can't I access Challenges or Prize Draws?

Challenges and Prize Draws are exclusive benefits available to Fit Rewards Club Members.

If you aren't a Club Member, these sections of the app will remain locked.

You can become a Club Member by purchasing an annual membership within the app or by joining through an eligible organisation that includes Club Membership as part of your benefits.

Good to know

Once your Club Membership is active, you'll immediately gain access to all available Challenges and Prize Draws.
