If your workouts aren't appearing in Fit Rewards, there are a few things you can check before contacting support.
Try these steps
- Make sure your health tracker is still connected to Fit Rewards.
- Check that your workout has successfully synced to your connected health platform.
- Open the Fit Rewards app again to trigger a new sync.
- Ensure you've given Fit Rewards permission to access your activity data.
Good to know
Only activities recorded by a supported health tracker or manually tracked within the Fit Rewards app can earn Fit Points. If your workout still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
