Why aren't my workouts syncing?

If your workouts aren't appearing in Fit Rewards, there are a few things you can check before contacting support.

Try these steps

  1. Make sure your health tracker is still connected to Fit Rewards.
  2. Check that your workout has successfully synced to your connected health platform.
  3. Open the Fit Rewards app again to trigger a new sync.
  4. Ensure you've given Fit Rewards permission to access your activity data.

Good to know

Only activities recorded by a supported health tracker or manually tracked within the Fit Rewards app can earn Fit Points. If your workout still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
