What activities count towards Challenges?

The activities that count depend on the challenge you're taking part in.

Challenges may track:

  • Daily step count
  • Workout days (at least one 30-minute workout completed that day)
  • Fit Points earned

Each challenge clearly explains what activity is being measured and how progress is calculated.

Good to know

Only eligible activity recorded through a connected health tracker or manually tracked within the Fit Rewards app will count towards challenge progress.
