Understanding Fit Rewards tiers

Fit Rewards has four membership tiers that recognise your activity over a rolling 12-month period.

Tiers

• Rookie: 0 to 4,999 points
• Hustler: 5,000 to 9,999 points
• Pro: 10,000 to 14,999 points
• Ninja: 15,000+ points

As you earn more yearly Fit Points, you'll unlock higher tiers and access to additional rewards.

Good to know

Your tier is based on the total Fit Points you earn during the 12 months from the date you create your account.

At the end of each 12-month period, your yearly Fit Points reset to zero. You'll keep your current tier for the following year while working towards requalifying or reaching an even higher tier.
