Understanding Fit Point Balances

Fit Rewards keeps track of two different Fit Point totals, and each has a different purpose.

Available Fit Points

Available Fit Points are the points you currently have available to spend on rewards in the Marketplace. When you redeem a reward, your available Fit Points will decrease.

Yearly Fit Points

Yearly Fit Points are the total number of Fit Points you've earned during your current 12-month membership period. These points determine your progress towards the Rookie, Hustler, Pro and Ninja tiers.

Your Yearly Fit Points never decrease when you redeem rewards, as they're used to track your overall activity and tier progress.

Good to know

At the end of each 12-month membership period, your Yearly Fit Points reset to zero and you begin earning towards your next year's tier.
