My reward hasn't arrived

Some rewards are delivered instantly, while others are sent manually by the Fit Rewards team.

Before contacting support

  • Check your My Rewards section.
  • Check your email inbox.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.

If your reward still hasn't arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact our support team and include the reward you claimed.
