Fit Points are earned by staying active. The more you move, the more points you can earn and redeem for rewards.
Ways to earn Fit Points
- 50 Fit Points for every 30-minute workout
- Earn up to 100 Fit Points per day from workouts
- 50 Fit Points for walking 8,000 steps in a day
This means you can earn up to 150 Fit Points per day through your everyday activity.
You may also be able to earn additional Fit Points through selected Fit Rewards Challenges.
Good to know
Only eligible workouts and steps recorded through a connected health tracker or manually tracked within the Fit Rewards app will count towards your Fit Points.
