How do I claim a reward?

Claiming a reward is easy. Simply use your available Fit Points to unlock rewards from our growing range of partners.

To claim a reward

1. Open the Rewards tab.
2. Browse or search for a reward you'd like to claim.
3. Tap the reward to view the details.
4. If you have enough available Fit Points, tap Claim Reward and confirm.

Once claimed, your available Fit Points will be deducted and your reward will be delivered based on the partner's redemption method.

Good to know

Some rewards have tier requirements or claiming limits. Be sure to check the reward details before claiming.
